Pets at Home Christmas Haul

15/11/2017

The most popular pet store in the UK is Pets at Home. There is one in nearly every town over here. When it came to doing our first Christmas haul video, it only made sense to start on the high street.

So when it comes to Christmas shopping for the dogs, we went along to our nearest Pets At Home store to see what kind of options were available for a little bit of festive fun. Needless to say, we were not disappointed.

The prices range from very affordable (£1-£5 range for toys and treats ) to more expensively priced products (large sleigh and a mix of dog accessories and attire starting at £15).

Gingerbread Men appear to be the theme this Christmas with a multitude of pet toys for all sizes. This particular gingerbread toy is designed for strong chewers so should hold up well to even the most dedicated destroyer!

Yet more gingerbread men in the form of treats this time. These dog biscuits come in a pack of 4 and cost £4. While a little expensive at £1  biscuit, they are simply adorable

The whimsy award has to go to the Pigs in Blanket which are simply adorable. They won’t hold up to a strong chewer, but are perfect for my 3 little ones. In fact, they firmly became Houdini’s fav toy after he discovered the squeak inside the piglets.

Can we just talk about this sprout though? I mean seriously!!! It’s a smiling brussel sprout complete with a rope section and a squeak inside!!! I just can’t deal with this level of cuteness

I literally have a gingerbread family living in my house now!! Is there such a thing as too many gingerbread men? I didn’t think so!!

These little squeaky Christmas toys are priced at £1 each and are adorable. They won’t hold up to a strong chewer or puppy but perfect for those dogs who just like a good squeak.

That’s it guys. What was your Christmas toy or treat?

This is NOT sponsored in any way by Pets at Home. We spent our own cold, hard, cash on all of these products……but if you are watching Pets at Home, please hit us up 😉

Loving the sprouts!! All of these look so cute our pups would love them! I also think that Pets at Home have excellent prices! We do not have a Pets At Home here in the States that I know of. Not one local to me anyway but I would totally shop there if we did! What great gift ideas for pets!

Watching the video was fun, and all the toys seem like great gift ideas. I’m going to search for them by brand name here in the States to see if anyone in the U.S. sells them. My favorite was the gingerbread made out of a sort of rope material. It seems like they would be helpful in keeping teeth clean in addition to being fun to chew on.

I am thinking that the rope Gingerbread men might last a while longer once Gusto has decided to chew away. All of these toys are so bright and colorful and would make great holiday decorations too!

What a great haul. How cute. Houdini is adorable by the way. Great suggestions for pet parents for Christmas. Will pin this post to share.

Loved the video. If I had a dog that would like new toys I definitely would buy some. As it is, I have a senior dog who has a basket of toys that she hardly touches anymore. But I may be getting a puppy soon and will definitely keep these toys in mind.

I need all of these toys!! The gingerbread man has my name all over it. I can see my dogs using all of these.

I loved your video! I could sit and listen to you talk all day. I don’t think we have a Pets at Home in the US, but I could spend all day and a fortune in some of the pet stores we do have. Great gift ideas.

What a fun place and fun toys! Dolly is a toy destroyer and holiday toys never hold up to her need to kill so I usually avoid them. But, they’re fun to look at! Sandra and Dolly

You’ve got quite a haul there! It’s early in the season, so pace yourself – I know, it’s too hard to resist! I just love that Christmas Pudding toy, that’s hilarious! I’ve never seen a Christmas Pudding toy here in the states. Great video!
