___ Food, portioned out for trip duration (we use ziplock bags so that all the food is pre-measured)

___ Crate if your dog needs one

___ Dog life vest if you’re headed to the beach or lake
___ A photograph of your dog in case he is lost
___ Your dog’s microchip number (save this on a “cloud” system but also as a number on your cell phone

___ A Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI) or health certificate if crossing into a different country
