How come no Cockapoo’s? What’s up with that?
A cockapoo is not a real breed (it is a mix of 2 dogs) and I think the site just wanted to focus on registered breeds.
I have mix breeds and love them just as much as any dog .
Focus on the “name” part of the website as that is the most fun anyway
Why are Cockapoo’s not represented?
Because they are not a pure breed dog.
They are a crossbreed of a cocker spaniel and a poodle.
I think if they included every mixed breed, there would be millions of dog breeds there (some more obscure than others).
Houdini is a mix breed also but I just choose the breed that represented him the most- the Shih Tzu
