The level of support is excellent (with 4 inches of foam padding) offering Chaplin (and the poms) comfort no matter what position they fall asleep in. Chaplin prefers to use the sides as a head rest. Because of the non slip base, it has been the perfect addition to the camper van and is now our “official” dog bed for adventures. The stability of the non slip underside means the bed doesn’t slide around at all. It is also water resilient making it not just good for puppies and senior dogs.
